By preplanning your funeral, you ensure that your final wishes will be fulfilled. You are able to take your time and specifically choose every aspect of your funeral. This, in turn, takes the burden off your family at a time of grief and emotional stress. Preplanning is free of charge at Salmon and Sons Funeral Home and only takes about an hour.
There is no need to pre-pay, but the benefit of pre-paying for your funeral, is that the price is locked in and guaranteed; no matter how much the price of funerals goes up in the future. You can choose to pay in one lump sum, or in smaller increments over months or years. We are able to make a payment plan that works best for you.
If you have a change of heart after you have pre-payed for a funeral, you have 30 days to cancel it without penalty or fee. After the 30 days, the contract can still be cancelled but the funeral home will be able to charge an administration fee.
