TYLER ANDREW JOHN GANGUR beloved husband of Nicole Woslyng and father of Adriana Gangur, passed away unexpectedly on March 29, 2023 at the age of 36. Tyler leaves behind his parents Dave Gangur and Cindy (Barry) Gerard, his sister Dana (Carl) Holland with nephew Dawson and nieces Piper, Addison and Ensley Holland as well as brother Colton Gerard-Gangur. His In-Laws Ken (Teresa) Woslyng, sister-in-law Crystal Woslyng and grandparents Max (Linda) Woslyng. Also mourning his loss are his aunts and uncles Darren (Jeannette) Gangur, Rick (Ruth) Gangur, John (Pat) O’neil, Linda (Joedy) O’neil, Darcy (Shar) O’neil, John (Cindy) Szabodos, Richard, Jeff and Devon Woslyng, Tricia (James) Reid along with numerous cousins.  Tyler is predeceased by this grandparents Tom (Carol) Gangur and Jack (Marie) O’neil.

Tyler was born on July 11, 1986 to Dave and Cindy Gangur and was welcomed with open arms by his big sister Dana. Tyler was raised in Lethbridge, Alberta and graduated from Winston Churchill in 2004. He was a self professed “gangsta” a nickname he held dear throughout his life.  Tyler met the love of his life Nikki on St. Patrick’s day 2007 and soon started their family welcoming their beautiful daughter Adriana in 2008, whom he adored and was very proud of. 2023 started with big dreams coming true with the purchase of their first family home and a big vacation in the works. Tyler was so excited for all the future had in store for them.  Tyler was a loved member of his Kawneer family for 17 years and when they heard of his passing they immediately shut down the plant for the rest of the day to mourn his loss. Tyler fiercely loved those close to him and was very protective over them. Ty was loyal and loved being around his friends and family especially during the Christmas season, which he loved very much. Ty will be remembered for his smile, Kind eyes , all encompassing bear hugs and never shying away from saying “I LOVE YOU”.  Tyler was a gentle giant, loved by all within his circle, his passing has left a huge whole in the lives of those left behind. WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH TYLER, WE KNOW YOU ARE WATCHING OUT FOR US FROM ABOVE.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday April 12, 2023 at 11 am at Salmon and Sons Funeral Home located at 433 Stubb Ross Rd S, Lethbridge Alberta.
