He was born on May 19, 1928 in the Hamlet of Kipp, Alberta to Michael and Beatrice Pascal. Ray grew up in Coalhurst where he was educated and got the nickname of Fib. After numerous job experiences he joined CP Rail where he remained until his retirement.
Ray is predeceased by his parents, wife Donna, three sisters Delilah, Gloria, Alice and a brother Joseph in infancy.
Fib is survived by his nephews and nieces Randy (Lorraine) Morgan, Jacquie (Gary) McLean, Bryan Maxwell, Marilyn (Kris) Bissoon and Norman (Kate) Maxwell.
At his request, a private family service will be held.
