WILSON-TALBOT
RUTH ANN WILSON-TALBOT, of Lethbridge, Alberta, passed Friday, May 20, 2022 at Lethbridge Chinook Regional Hospital after a valiant struggle with health challenges. She passed with family beside her. (Earl, Jason, Tammy, Ron and Kathy) Left to mourn her passing are : her beloved husband of 52 years, Earl Talbot, her son Jason (Tammy) Talbot of Lethbridge, AB, sister-in- law Dorothy (Jim) Manson of Cowansville, QC, brother- in- law Ronald (Kathy) Talbot of Lethbridge, AB. Her Crazy Eight Sisters, Joan (late Wayne Goyette) of Sutton, QC, Jean (late Cyril Soule) of Knowlton, QC, Brenda (late Peter Goodhue) of Cowansville, QC, Rosemary (Terry Scott) of East Farnham, QC, Bonnie Wilson of Cowansville, QC, Sandra Wilson of Cowansville, QC & Donna Wilson of Cowansville, QC her Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, & numerous nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews and friends. Pre-deceased by her parents Irene and Harold Wilson and in-laws Dorothy and Roland Talbot.
Ruth was born November 16, 1947 at home in Knowlton, QC. She attended Knowlton High School, and was employed at Clairol Canada for 20+ years. Ruth married the love of her life, Earl Talbot, on January 16, 1970.
Ruth’s greatest joys were spending time with her family, being on the Clairol softball team with her sisters Sandra, Donna and their Mom, running the roads with Earl, becoming Director/Game Warden of Brome/Bolton Fish & Game club, playing Bingo, horseshoeing, bowling, fishing, watching sports & NASCAR. She moved with her husband to Lethbridge, AB in 2014 to be with her son (& daughter- inlaw), grandchildren and brother-in- law (& sister-in law). She dearly missed her sisters in Quebec, and cherished her memories, having spent her entire life in the Eastern Townships.
