Robert Judd Bunnage, 84, longtime resident of Sherwood Park and Cold Lake, AB passed away peacefully November 18, 2025 in Magrath, AB.

He was born September 17, 1941 in Cardston, AB to Gerald and Zaza Bunnage and raised in Glenwood, AB. Judd married Linda Blumell in 1967 and settled in Sherwood Park, AB where they raised their five children. After retiring in 1996 they moved to Cold Lake, AB where he lived until 2020. Judd spent the last five years of his life in Southern Alberta, primarily in Magrath. 

Judd is predeceased by his wife Linda Blumell, his parents Gerald and Zaza Bunnage, and his sister Linda Nilsson. He is survived by his children Richard Bunnage, Robert (Sheryl) Bunnage, Shelley (Jason) Layton, Heather (Curtis) Gibb, Janae (Dean) Wandler, 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren as well as his siblings Sybil Callaway, Ken (Gail) Bunnage, Sheila (Don) Boyd, Rita (Allan) Wagner and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral to celebrate his life will be held in Magrath, AB at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Garden Place Chapel, 170 N Centre St, Magrath, AB T0K 1J0 on December 06, 2025 with visitation with the family at 10 AM, and the funeral service at 11 AM. The funeral service will be broadcast on Zoom, Webinar ID 941 3490 2105. An interment will take place at a later date with family in Cherry Grove, AB.
