Neil Grant Wheeler

NEIL GRANT WHEELER, beloved husband of Roberta Wheeler, passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 70 years.

Neil will be lovingly remembered by his family;

Neil is survived by his sister Carol (Allan) Thompson, and his brother Dennis (Becky) Wheeler. He was predeceased by his parents Grant and Gean Wheeler, and his sisters Susan (Allen) Gallup, Kaye (Chuck) Page.

Neil was born in Magrath, AB on January 11, 1953. He was the 2nd youngest of 5 children. Neil worked for Alberta Newsprint Company, in Whitecourt AB, as a Journeyman Electrician and Instrumentation Technician. Neil loved woodworking and fishing. He enjoyed spending time camping with his friends, and cooking outside. Neil loved spending time with his family and supporting his grandchildren in their various activities. Neil was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. His faith was an important part of his life and he devoted many years to serving others.

A Graveside Service will be held at the MAGRATH CEMETERY on Thursday February 23, 2023 at 11:00am.
