John Faber

Mr. John Faber of Coaldale, beloved husband of Mary Faber passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on July 28, 2022 surrounded by family at the age of 88 years.

John was born on June 7, 1934 in Woltersum, Netherlands. He married the love of his life Mary, on August 15, 1964. Passion for John was farming with his wife. In his retirement years he enjoyed tending to his rose garden and his wood working. He also found himself on many beautiful cruises and road trips.

He is survived by his four children; Chris (Brian) Nishiguchi, Cathy Faber, Marion (Wilf) Robertson and Micheal (Angela) Faber. Five grandsons; Jordan Nishiguchi, Gregory (Robyn) Nishiguchi, Jared (Leesha Scott) Robertson, Aidan Robertson and Brandon Faber. John was looking forward to being a great grandpa shortly.

Special thanks to the doctors and nurses in the ICU and 3C for their excelent care and support.

The Memorial Service wil be held Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 11:00 am at St. Ambrose Parish (1531, 23 Ave Coaldale).
