Carl Junior (Jay) Johnson, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, died peacefully in Raymond on October 13, 2023 at the age of 92 years. He was born in High River Alberta, March 12, 1931.

Jay is survived by his wife of 67 years, Anna Joyce Johnson, his children; Kay (Ron Summers-Gill), Jay (Nancy) Johnson, Wade Johnson, Brent (Karen) Johnson, Blair (Tami) Johnson, Terry (Maria) Johnson and Larry (Sara) Johnson; 27 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving three missions with his wife and serving as a Bishop in Salmon Arm.

Thank you to the wonderful Doctors and Nurses who took such awesome care of our Dad at the Raymond Hospital.

A Funeral Service will be held on October 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, RAYMOND STAKE CENTRE (2 North, 200 West, Raymond, Alberta). Friends are welcome to meet with the Family from 9:30 to 10:45 AM prior to the service at the Church.

Interment to follow at Magrath Cemetery.
