GORDON WAYNE WILDE, beloved husband of Ruth (Gurney) Wilde, passed away 27 April, 2023 at the Raymond Hospital at the age of 97 surrounded by his family. He was born 9 August, 1925 in Welling, Alberta.

Gordon is survived by his wife; seven children-

Val (Richard) Hansen of Penticton, B.C.;

Brad (Debi) Wilde of Billings, Montana;

Jacky (Preston) Regehr of Draper, Utah;

Norma (Gerrit) Vandewal of Gouda, Holland;

Tricia (Phil) McGale of Fort Macleod, AB;

Larry (Kelly) Wilde of Pleasant Grove, Utah;

Randy (Donna Jean) Wilde of Welling, AB;

a sister, Mildred (Lorin) Mendenhall of Raymond, AB;

41 grandchildren, 92 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Gordon was predeceased by his parents, Reed LeRoy Wilde & Katie Glen (Bullock) Wilde of Welling; a daughter, Janice Renee Wilde; grandson, Curtis Hansen; two great-grandsons; and two sisters, Carrel Wolsey and Dorothy Drewry.

Funeral Services will be held May 3rd, 2023 at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS in Welling, AB at 11:00 A.M.

Friends may meet the family Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Welling Church or on Wednesday, May 3rd at 10:00 AM, prior to the service.

Interment in Temple Hill Cemetery immediately following the funeral services.
