He met Elsie and her son Ken through mutual friends, married in 1970 and moved to the Wilson Siding area farm until they retired to Lethbridge in 1978. They enjoyed RV travelling and then relaxing in their Lethbridge home visiting with friends and family and entertaining their grandchildren.
We shall all miss how his smile lit up and his eyes sparkled whenever he saw us, as well as his kindness, generosity and helping hands.
A special thanks to all the caregivers who engaged with him.
In his memory, please send your sincere gratitude to all those supporting our loved ones.
Cremation will be entrusted to Salmon and Sons Funeral Home. In keeping with Fred’s and Elsie’s wishes, they will both be interred in the Mountain View Columbarium during a family celebration this summer.
