It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband and dad CHRIS COSTLEY.
Chris will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his wife Susan, son Jeremy (Breanne) and many other family members and friends.
Chris had a great personality with many lasting friendships that he spoke of often.
No formal Service will be held.
