It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cameron DeCon Paxman on November 7, 2025, at the age of 43 years. Cam has left behind his beloved wife Kim Paxman and his 5 kids Cassandra, Anna, Bella, Arvilla, and Ethan Paxman. He is also survived by his Parents James and Jolene Paxman, his brothers and sisters along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Cameron had a passionate love for the outdoors. He loved living and working on the family farm, working with cattle and riding horses which earned him the nickname Cowboy. At the end he was driving gravel truck for the County of Warner where he was enjoying the views of the open fields. Cam love spending time with the family he loved with his whole heart, camping the taking a walk in the mountains and spending time near the water were the memories he cherished.

Cam also had a love for motorcycles. He loved going on his yearly rides with his brothers and cousins. He was also a long-time member of a local biker organization that helped kids and was passionate about the work they did.

Cam has a heart as big as he is. He was always the first one to step up and help someone in need no matter how big or small the job was. He had a hug that could fix anything. He is a man that is truly loved by many and will be missed by all. 

The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, KNIGHT STREET CHAPEL, (260 200 N Ave E, Raymond, AB)

Friends are welcome to visit the family from 7:00 to 8:00pm on Friday, November 14, 2025 at the church in Raymond.
